Terms of use
Findings · Version 1 · 24 September 2026
These terms are between you and YINDOR, Torenallee 20, 5617 BC Eindhoven, the Netherlands (KvK 42120380). By opening an account you accept them. Questions: hello@yindor.com.
1. What Findings is
Findings puts a report button on your websites and apps, collects what is reported in one inbox, and counts the clean days since the last real defect. It is a tool for capturing and counting. It is not a bug tracker, a monitoring service or a guarantee that your product is ready.
2. Price
Findings is free. There is no paid plan today.
- Free: unlimited sites, you plus 3 testers, the gate, the inbox, triage, the offline queue and the API.
- Early access: the visitor button on public sites and the agent endpoint (MCP) are free for now. They will move to Pro when Pro opens.
- Pro does not exist yet. Joining the Pro list commits you to nothing.
Before any feature you use moves to Pro, we tell you at least 30 days in advance. You will never be charged without agreeing to a price first.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 and able to enter into this agreement. If you sign up for a company, you confirm you may bind it.
- The email address must be yours. We do not verify it yet, so you are responsible for it being correct and yours.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your testers and your agent do with the tokens you give them.
- You can delete your account at any time on findings.dev. Your sites and all their reports are deleted with it.
4. The people who use your button
When you put the button on your own site, the people who press it are your visitors, not ours.
- You are the controller of their data. You tell them about Findings in your own privacy notice.
- If you switch on the visitor button or pass signed-in users to Findings, the processor agreement (findings.dev/dpa) applies between you and YINDOR. It forms part of these terms.
- Do not use Findings to collect special categories of personal data (health, religion and the like), payment details or passwords. Do not ask people to type them in.
5. Fair use
Do not use Findings to break the law, to send spam or malware, to attack the service or other customers, or to get around its limits. Do not put the button on a site you do not control. If you do, we may suspend or close your account. Where we can, we warn you first and explain why.
6. Your content
What you and your reporters write stays yours. You give YINDOR only the permission needed to store it, show it to you and run the service. We do not use it for anything else. We do not use it to train models, and we do not sell it.
7. Availability
We run Findings with care, but we make no promise of availability. It can be down, slow or lose data. The button keeps a report on the device until it is sent, but do not rely on Findings as the only record of anything that matters to you. The API lets you copy your data out at any time.
8. Liability
Findings is free and provided as it is. To the extent Dutch law allows, YINDOR's total liability to you is limited to EUR 100, and YINDOR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data. This limit does not apply to damage caused by YINDOR's intent or deliberate recklessness. If you use Findings as a consumer, the rights consumer law gives you stay intact.
9. Changes and ending
- We may change these terms. For a change that matters to you, we give at least 30 days notice on findings.dev or by email. If you do not agree, delete your account before the change takes effect.
- We may close Findings. If we do, we give at least 30 days notice so you can copy your data through the API first.
- You may stop at any time by deleting your account.
10. Law
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the District Court of Oost-Brabant (Rechtbank Oost-Brabant), unless mandatory law gives you another court.
